1 cup, pitted, chopped Dates 1 cup (not packed) Raisins .5 cup, whole Almonds .25 cup Pistachio Nuts 0.25 cup Pepitas (Pumkin Seed Kernals) 1 fl oz Rum
Soak the raisins and dates in rum for 1 hour then process in the food processor as fine as possible.
Roast and chop all the nuts in big pieces.
Heat a nonstick pan and melt 1 teaspoon of ghee and add the date mixture to it. Cook it on low for 2-3 minutes and add the nuts to it. Once it is well mixed transfer it to a greased, rectangle pyrax glass tray and pat it smooth. When cold cut it into 15 squares.
