Ingredients
1 serving Egg white, large 15 grams Quaker Oat Bran Cereal 10 grams Wheat bran, crude 1 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 20 gram Cheese, FINA slices, 10% fat (by LIQUID11) 1 tsp Oregano, ground 0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 4 rings Onions, raw 1 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 1 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
Directions
Mix together egg white, brans and greek yogurt. Pour on parchment paper and bake for 5 min at 180. Remove. Add ketcup, cheese, bacon and veggies (chopped, of course). Bake until cheese melts (20 min)
