3 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 16 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal 1 tsp Salt 2 cup warm water1.5 tsp instant yeast*4tbsp vital wheat gluten recommended to improve texture but not included (because info would not pull up, need to enter later)0.25 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
Follow bread machine instructions for adding ingredients, 2lb loaf. I personally cut finished loaf in half, then there's about 10 slices in each half for 20 slices total.
