Good Veggi Soup

Ingredients
1/2 head napa cabbage, chopped1/2 head cabbage, chopped1 cup green beans, chopped3 carrots, diced3 celery stalks, diced1 cup chopped onions1/2 cucumber, diced4 tsp chopped garlic9 mushrooms slicedsalt, pepper to taste3 cubes beef bouillon8 cups water (or more if you like thinner)
Directions
throw all ingredients in a pot and simmer approx. 1 hr, or until veggis are tender.

    Very good, love all the veggies, my kids like it also. I put just a little parmesan cheese on the top. Wonderful! It great with a meal or for a snack. - 6/29/10
