Sweet Potato Cauliflower Puree

Ingredients
1 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt 360 grams Cauliflower, cooked 1.5 oz Cream Cheese, Great Value, 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese .2 stick Butter, salted
Directions
Peel and cube sweet potato. Microwave until easily pierced with knife tip. Slice or break cauliflower into smaller pieces. Microwave until easily pierced with knife tip. Add both to food processor with cream cheese and butter. Process until smooth puree. Add salt and pepper. Small amount of agave syrup can be added to taste.
