Rustic Italian Torellini soup

Ingredients
5 serving Jennie-O Turkey Store Sausage Turkey Italian Sweet (1 link) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 6 clove Garlic 1.85 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth 1.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1.0 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 1 cup Buitoni - Three Cheese Tortellini 2 cup Baby Spinach (raw) 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 2.25 tbsp Basil
Directions
Crumble Sausage into a Dutch Oven; add onion. Cook and stir over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in broth water and tomatoes and bring to a boil.

Add tortellini; return to boil. Cook for 5-8 minutes until almost tender, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; add the spinach, basil , pepper and red pepper flakes to add taste. Cook 2-3 minutes longer or until spinach is wilted and tortellini is tender. Serve with chesse is desired.
