Protein low carb high fiber sugar free cake

Ingredients
6 serving Egg white, large 350 grams Cauliflower, raw 3 serving Protein Powder - Chocolate one scoop - EAS premium protein 1 tbsp *Flax Seed 2 tbsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour (by GFERBER) 6 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia
Directions
Grind the cauliflower until it reaches a "rice-like" texture and steam it.
Preheat oven to 180.
Put all ingredients into a food processor. Blend into a smooth batter.
Grease a small pie pan and bake for 18-22 minutes.
Cut into 6 cake pieces and enjoy!
