2.0 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh2.0 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips1.0 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw2.0 clove Garlic2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap4.0 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce1.5 cup, cubes Turnips0.5 cup Tomato Sauce
Directions
chop, slice and mince all vegetables. Drain and rinse chickpeas, add all ingredients to slow cooker and place on low for 1-2 hours.
