Ingredients
1 Cucumbers sliced2 Tomatoes sliced 1 Bell Pepper sliced 1/2 Red Onion thin sliced1 tbsp Oregano2 tbsp Olive OilSalt to taste (optional)
Directions
Cut cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers into bite size pieces. Thinly slice red onion. Drizzles olive oil and sprinkle oregano over mixture. Season with salt, if necessary.
