1 serving Chobani 2% Plain Greek Yogurt (6 oz) 0.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats .75 cup Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 tbsp Honey 1.5 oz Baby Carrots Grimmway Farms (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots) 2 tbsp Low fat cream cheese .25 cup, packed Raisins 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
