Veggie and turkey bacon egg cups

Ingredients
12.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw2.0 serving Bacon Turkey (Oscar Mayer) 1 slice0.25 cup Spinich - fresh Queen Victoria baby spinich0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Break an egg in each of the12 compartments of the muffin tin sprayed lightly to prevent sticking. Stir to break the yolk. Add veggies evenly amongst the cups, add bacon evenly amonst the cups stir to mix them. Top with cheese and stir Bake at 350 until cooked
