Chicken and Asparagus Casserole

1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast1 (1/2 cup) medium onion chopped1/4 cup chopped pepper (red, yellow, or green)10 oz frozen asparagus2 cups egg beaters2 cups 2% milk1 cup whole grain flour1/4 cup parmesan grated parmesan cheese1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp dried tarragon leaves1 cup 2% cheddar cheese shredded
Heat oven to 425.
grease 9 x 13 pan
layer chicken, onion, peppers, and frozen asparagus in pan.
beat egg beaters, milk, four, and parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and tarragon with whisk until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture.
bake uncoveres 20 minutes (knife inserted should come out clean)
sprinkle cheese on and bake for 3-5 minutes (cheese should be melted)
