Ingredients
1 large Poached Egg 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 1 serving Fit & Active 100% whole wheat -grain bread (2 slice serving) 1 serving Land O' Frost Premium Black Forest Ham (4 slices / 50g) 1 slice (1 oz) Swiss Cheese
Directions
Toast Bread. Poach Egg either in microwave or stovetop. Butter the bread. Put the stuff on and then cram it in because it's delicious.
