Cauliflower lettuce salad

6.0 cup Cauliflower, raw4.0 cup, shredded or chopped Iceberg Lettuce (salad)1/2 cup Kraft miracle whip regular1/4 cup Sour Cream6.0 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Bacon, pork, microwaved1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated2 tbls. Granulated Sugar
Cook bacon. Cut cauliflower and lettuce into but size pieces. Mix cauliflower, lettuce, and bacon in a bowl. Combine miracle whip, sour cream, and sugar. Pour over salad and mix to coat all vegetables with dressing. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over top and serve. Best eaten within a few hours of preparing.
