1 serving Apple, Gala (medium) 3 serving Egg white, large 2 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 10 gram Cytosport 100% Whey - Vanilla 2 tsp Guar Gum (by GFNOMAD) 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 1 serving Stevia in the Raw
Mix all dry ingredients. Mix egg whites with yogurt. Chop the apple. Mix everything together and bake for 20 min at 180 and 10 at 160
