Ingredients
1 banana (frozen)3/4 cup fresh broccoli florets2/3 cup orange juicebig handful spinach leaves5 ice cubes
Directions
Break up the banana and place it in the blender; follow with broccoli, then orange juice, then spinach and ice.

Blend well and enjoy!

If you want more of a soup, just leave the ice cubes out - but it's way better as a smoothie.
