Ingredients
2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw6.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened1.0 tsp Baking Soda0.75 cup, packed Brown Sugar0.25 cup Granulated Sugar3.0 cup Oats, Quaker1.25 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour4.0 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour30.0 gram(s) Ghirardelli Chocolate Premium Baking Chips - Semi-Sweet Chocolate (32 chips)
Directions
In a large bowl cream softened butter together with sugar until mixed and smooth. Stir applesauce, water, eggs and vanilla into the butter mixture. In a small bowl mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and optional 1/8 tsp of salt. Add flour mixture to butter mixture and mix well. Add oats to mixture and stir. Fold in chocolate chips. Cook 20-25 minutes at 350 f. Serving Size: Makes about 4 dozen cookies
