Ingredients
0.5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh 0.5 package (10 oz) Peas, frozen 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Chili powder 5 gram(s) MDH Kitchen King Blend of Spices (by MEGHANISM) 1 tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
Heat oil. Add about 1/2 tsp cumin seeds. Once they're done cooking add in onions. Cook until golden yellow. Then add 1/4 tsp of red chili powder (Swad brand or better) then 1/4 tsp of Kitchen king and 1/4 tsp of Tumeric. Important that you do not add 1 tsp each of these spices or it will be too spicy. Once spices are well mixed and fragrant. Add chopped cabbage. Coat in oil and onions let cook down for 1-2 minutes. Then add peas. Cover and let cook until cabbage is tender.
