15 minute Mexican Chicken Soup

Ingredients
4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 8 serving Chili's Salsa Picante Sauce, 2 fl oz 1.7 cup La Victoria Enchilada Sauce 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 3.3 tsp Granulated Sugar 15 oz Chicken, Costco Rotisserie Chicken (3oz/85gm) 4 cup Beans, black 2 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 2 cup Canned Tomatoes You can top with some low fat mexican cheese and Avocado (not included in calorie count)
Directions
In a large, heavy­bottomed pot, add chicken stock, salsa and enchilada sauce and bring to a boil over med­low heat. Stir in butter, sugar, salt and pepper. Add chicken, black beans, frozen corn, tomatoes and lime and warm through (it's pretty much done immediately)
