Canlis Salad

Ingredients
1 large egg, coddled1/3 cup lemon juiceI clove garlic, minced1 tsp oregano2 tsp dried mint1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2-2/3 cup olive oil, light in color2 tomatoes, cut into eighths1 1/2 heads romaine lettuce, cut into strips1/2 cup green onions1 1/2 cup croutons (optional, not added)1 cup romano cheese1/2 cup bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Directions
Whisk coddled egg, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, mint, salt and pepper together. Add olive oil and whisk until combined.
Put everything else in bowl, toss. Add dressing and toss very well. Serve.
