40 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round] 3 serving Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon 16 oz Cream Cheese 3 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 2 serving Cheeses mozarella Kraft finely shredded (1/4 cup) 4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
Mix meat, eggs, and flour in a bowl. Spread out on a cookie sheet. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, and jalapenos. Spread in the middle of the flattened meat and roll together to form a log. Wrap bacon around log. Bake at 400 degree for 50 minutes or until it temps at 165.
