Healthy Strawberry Parfait

2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 6 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries, fresh 1 serving Navitas Raw Cacao Powder (1 serving = 2.5 Tbsp or 14g) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.2 cup Cereals ready-to-eat, rice, puffed, fortified .2 cup Soy Milk Plain Light
1. Freeze banana for 2-3 hours prior
2. Blend bananas with soy (or nut) milk
3. Add vanilla extract
4. Spoon out 2/3's of mixture into a bowl
5. Add 1 Tbsp of Cacao Powder to remainder of mixture and mix
6. Slice up strawberries
7. Scoop in 1/2 of the vanilla banana ice cream mixture into a nice bowl or glass
8. Layer with chopped strawberries
9. Layer with puffed rice cereal
10. Scoop in the chocolate banana ice cream mixture
11. Layer with strawberries and puffed rice cereal
12. Scoop in remainder of vanilla banana mixture
13. Top with fresh and crushed strawberries
14. Mix 1.5 Tbsp of cacao powder with 1 Tbsp of water and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract and stir into a 'sauce'
15. Use sauce to top parfait
16. Serve and enjoy!
