Shrimp Fajitas

1 large Bell Pepper (or 2 small)1 medium Onion24 white Shrimp tail off, peeled & deveinedFajita Seasoning:2 tablespoons of Lime juice2 tablespoons of Franks Red Hot sauce3/4 teaspoon chili powder3/4 teaspoon Chipotle powder3/4 teaspoon ground Cumin3/4 teaspoon Oregano1/3 teaspoon Crushed red pepper3/4 teaspoon Garlic powder1/3 teaspoon Onion powder
Make up the Fajita seasoning and set aside. (Just under 1 1/2 tbsp)
Slice pepper and onions into thin strips and sauté over medium high heat in a deep skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray until tender then set aside wrapped in foil to keep warm.
Sauté shrimp in the same pan (may need to re-spray first) until almost done then add the peppers and onions back to the pan and add the Fajita seasoning.
Stir to coat all ingredients and serve.
