Ingredients
1.0 dash Pepper, black0.0 Grams Pepper, red or cayenne0.5 tsp Salt0.5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)4.0 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked1.0 clove Garlic0.5 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw1.0 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon15.0 Grams Cilantro, raw
Directions
Steam about 1 pound of chopped broccoli till tender. Drain and cool. Chop scallion and 1/4 cup fresh cilantro. Add all ingredients to food processor or blender, adding 1-2 T water if needed for blending. Season to taste. (Optional 1 deseeded jalapeno pepper can be added) Serving Size: Makes 8 -1/4 cup servings
