Bacon, Cheese & Potato Chowder

Ingredients
3 cups skim milk1 can (10 1/4 oz.) condensed cream of potato soup2 cups frozen Southern style hash browns1 cup 2% milk shredded cheddar cheese2 slices bacon, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled1/4 cup thnly sliced green onions
Directions
Mix milk and soup on large saucepan. Stir in hash browns. Bring to boil on high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 min., stirring frequently.

Ladle into 6 soup bowls.

Top evenly with the cheese, bacon and onions. Serve with a crusty whole grain roll or bread.
