500 grams Mushrooms, fresh 20 grams Quaker Oat Bran Cereal 10 grams Wheat bran, crude 1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 20 gram(s) Trikalino light/Fina cheese (by ELMA85) 1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 10 gram(s) Linessa Light Salami--2 round slices (by KARPLAND4) 1 cup Milk - Great Value 1% Low Fat Milk 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
Saute the spring onion in 1 tsp water. Add spices of choice. Dissolve the mustard in the milk. Mix the dry ingredients. Add the mushrooms and peppers in the spring onions and saute until ALL liquid is absorbed. Preheat oven at 200. Cut cheese and salami in small pieces. Mix all ingredients together.Add salt and pepper. Put in a good non-stick pan and bake for 30 min.
