BLT low carb Lettuce wrap

Ingredients
1.0 inner leaf Romaine Lettuce (salad)1.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)1.5 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)3.0 serving Smithfield Thick sliced bacon - one slice
Directions
Cook and drain bacon. Wash lettuce and dry. Smear mayo inside the leaf, cut tomatoes in half and place inside along the "spine" of the leaf. Place bacon inside on top of the tomatoes, fold it over and eat it like a coney dog!! Yum yum!
