Ingredients
910 Grams Potatoes1/2 Cup Whole Milk4 Tablespoons Butter1 Dash Black Pepper1 Teaspoon Salt
Directions
Peel potatoes and cut into chunks.
Add potatoes to a pot of water and bring to a boil on high heat.
Reduce heat and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
Drain water and mash the potatoes slightly.
Add milk, butter, salt, and pepper and continue to mash.
