Marinated Striped Bass for the Grill

Ingredients
Striped Bass, 24 oz Olive Oil, .33 cup Lemon Juice, .33 cup Sherry, dry, 1.5 fl. oz Garlic, 2 cloves
Directions
1. Place the bass in bowl or bag.
2. Conbined the rest of the ingredients in the bowl or bag
3. Refrigerate fro 30-60 mins
4. Prepare hot grill
5. Remove the fish from the marinade and discard the remaining liquid
6. Place the fish on the grill and grill for 5 mins on each side or until the fish is opaque and just beginning to flake
