Spanish Sausage and Bean Stew

12 Quorn/Linda McCartney sausages 2 onions2 clove Garlic 3 peppers2 tsp smoked paprika 400 gram(s) chopped tomatoes4 tbsp tomato puree (by ROSE-MARY) 400ml Vegetable Stock 400g can butter beans, drained400g cannellini beans, drained200 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes
Cook sausages according to instructions. Slice thickly and set aside.
Fry the onions and garlic until soft. Add the peppers and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the paprika and cook for a few more minutes before adding the tinned tomatoes, tomato puree, stock, beans and cherry tomatoes. Season to taste, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then add the chopped sausages and cook for another 5 minutes.
