1 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites 21 slice Bread, reduced-calorie, wheat 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1.5 cup Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 12 serving Publix Greenwise Whey Protein Powder Supplement- Vanilla Flavor (21.5g) 1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Spray 13x9" pan with baking spray
Tear bread into pieces and lay evenly on baking pan
Mix cinnamon, vanilla, almond milk, and protein powder together until mixed well; then add egg whites; mix all together until even and smooth
Pour mixture over the bread evenly
Spread blueberries over dish as desired
Sprinkle cinnamon over the pan
Bake for 30-40 min, or until the bread is no longer soggy
Cut into 12 sections and serve
Add sugar free syrup if wanted
