Kale sweet potato hash

Ingredients
1.25 cup, chopped Kale 2 cup, cubes Sweet potato 0.2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 dash Salt 1 tsp Rosemary, dried 2 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Bacon, pork, microwaved
Directions
Chop sweet potato. Drizzle in oil, cook until browned and fork-tender. Add kale, salt and rosemary. In another pan, cook bacon. Chop into small pieces. Toss together with kale and sweet potato, and serve hot. Serving Size: Makes 2 bowls
