Ingredients
6.0 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium4.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw6.0 slice (1 oz) Provolone Cheese4.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted1.0 clove Garlic
Directions
Combine minced garlic, sliced onions and butter cook in slow cooker 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients cook on low 3 hours. Place provolone atop individual servings, broil until golden (5 mins.) Add dense crusty bread is fantastic when served with this soup, not calculated in nutritional information.
