Dairy Free Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
6 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
Directions
chop and sautee all vegetables in a pan until golden. And enough stock to cover the vegetables. Simmer until fork tender. Puree until smooth consistency. Add Salt/Pepper to taste or cayenne pepper for a kick!
