8 oz Beef chuck, arm pot roast 1.5 cup Beef stock, home-prepared 1 glass (3.5 fl oz) Red Wine 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 2 tsp Thyme, fresh 2 tbsp Rosemary 1 clove Garlic .5 serving Beef Stew Seasoning Mix (by HONEYBEEZ) 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Lay all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low 6 hrs.
