Mexican fried rice

Ingredients
1 cup Brown Rice, long grain 28 gram(s) Hormel Natural Choice Uncured Hard Salami-4slices .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .75 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 clove Garlic
Directions
dice onions and one fourth each of a red, green, and yellow bell pepper and the 4 pieces of salami. Place salami in a non stick fry pan and start to cook till fat starts to appear. Add onions and continue to cook till onions are about half cooked. add peppers and a little low fat chicken broth to deglaze the pan. Add spices. I used cumin, chili powder, and oregano. Cook a few minutes then add the precooked rice and garlic. Cook till warm through.
