Danny Seo's Chickpea Crunchies

2 c soaked chickpeas or 1 15 oz can chickpeas drained2 tbsp coconut oil1/2 tsp cayenne1/2 tsp chipotle powder1/2 tsp pumpkin spice1/2 tsp dried parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix cayenne powder, pumpkin, chipotle and parsley. Coat chickpeas in coconut oil and toss chickpeas in the spice mixture.
Spread out on baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes or until browned and slightly crispy.
