Creamy broccoli avocado soup with mushrooms

Ingredients
1.0 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)3.0 clove Garlic2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap3.0 teaspoon Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry2.5 cup Best Choice Broccoli Florets
Directions
Blend broccoli, avocado, onions garlic, garlic and water. Put to the side and sautee mushrooms, seasoning to taste. Pour mixture into sauce pan along with mushrooms, adding more seasoning if desired. To make a thicker soup use less water, to make a thinner soup add more water to the pan. Simmer for 10-20 minutes. Serve hot. Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
