Italian Meatball Sandwiches

1 Egg 1 1/2 lb Ground beef lean8 oz Italian sausage mild or hot, bulk or remove casings1 cup Bread crumbs 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 can (8 oz) Tomato sauce 1 cup Onion finely chopped1/2 cup Green pepper chopped1 jar 26 oz Spaghetti Sauce Mozzerella cheese to taste8 buns
Beat egg lightly in large bowl. Add beef, sausage, bread crumbs, cup tomato sauce, onion and bell pepper: mix well.
Form into one inch meat balls and place in 9 x 13 in baking pan. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. I drain them on paper towels to reduce the fat content and add to heated spaghetti sauce. Serve hot on your choice of buns with mozzerella cheese.
