Ingredients

1 cucumber large 1 clove of garlic1 pot of low fat greek style youghurt
place greek yoghurt in a small glass bowl,
crush and add clove of garlic (if you like lots of garlic then you may add more)
in a seperate bowl grate the cucumber, squeeze the cucumber till most of the juice is gone and place flesh in the yoghurt mix.
stir all the ingredients together and serve,
covered up this mixture will keep for three days in the fridge
