Bulgar, apple, and cranberry salad

Ingredients
3 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin 1 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 lemon yields Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Honey 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Bulgar (by YANOWAHT) .5 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, skim milk
Directions
cook Bulgar. and add to apple cranberries, and chopped celery. mix dressing of honey, yogurt and lemon, pour over salad and serve
