raw peanuts, soaked, .5 cup mint- one bunchTamarinds, 2 fruit *Lemon Juice, .5 lemon yields *Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp *Cumin seed, 1 tsp garlic, 1 clove

put everything in food processor and process until creamy, adding water as needed.
