Shrimp & Sausage Jambalaya

Ingredients
2 Tbs Olive oil4 Cloves garlic1 Medium choped onion2 tsp creole seasoning1 can Tomatoes with green chilies1 cup Spicy hot V8 juice1 cup FF/Reduced sodium chicken broth1 tsp Tabasco2 cups Minute rice1 14oz package Smoked turkey sausage1 8oz bag Salad shrimp
Directions
Add oil to large skillet, add garlic and onion, cook on med hi for about 1 minute. Add sausage and shrimp, cook til starts to brown. Turn heat down to med, stir in tomatoes(with juice), V8, chicken broth, creole seasoning and tabasco. Let cook about 5 min. Add rice and let cook an additional 5 min(until rice is tender)
