Ingredients
6.0 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared3.0 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked1.0 tsp Parsley, dried1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw4.0 oz Silk cashew milk unsweetened1.0 tsp Garlic powder0.5 tsp Thyme, ground
Directions
Cook stock on medium heat and let it come to a low boil. Add all ingredients except cashew milk and cook until soft. Puree a bit, add cashew milk, and then Puree to desired consistency. On desired creaminess, add more or lessen milk. If you want a thicker soup, let it boil down a bit on low heat. Enjoy
