1.5 WW FLOUR1/4 CUP pure maple syrup1.5 TSP BAKING SODA1.5 TSP CINNAMON.5 TSP NUTMEG.5 TSP SALT1 red apple, cut up1/4 CRUSHED PINEAPPLE1/4 OLIVE OIL2 EGGS2 CUPS GRATED CARROTS 1/4 c. walnuts
Directions
Blend fruit in blender with olive oil and eggs. Mix dry ingredients together. Add blended mix and continue mixing. Add nuts. Bake at 350* for about 10 mins. until done.
