Dark chocolate coconut chia pudding

Ingredients
0.33 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 2 square (1 oz) Baking chocolate, unsweetened, squares 1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 5 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g 2 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 1 serving Stevia, SweetLeaf Stevia Plus Fiber (FOS=475 mg) 1/2 packet
Directions
1. In a saucepan over med hi heat, combine coconut milk, chopped dark chocolate & cocoa powder. 2. Warm milk until chocolate is completely melted. Turn off the heat and stir in chia seeds vanilla and stevia. (Add chia seeds while whisking continuously or else they will stick to the bottom of the pan in one big lump. 3. Whisk until chia seeds start to thicken the mixture. 4. Pour into small serving cups and refrigerate for one hour or over night until mixture is very thick. 6. Serve with cinnamon or coconut whip cream or both Serving Size: 4 servings
