Ingredients
2 tbsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour (by GFERBER) 2 large Egg white, fresh 1 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 5 gram(s) (myprotein) pea protein isolate (by RITSON71) 30 mL Buttermilk, lowfat 1 serving Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute [1 packet] 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
Directions
In a bowl, add egg white, milk, and yogurt. Beat until well combined. Add in flours and spices. read it until thin, and then turn down the heat.
Use a good non-stick pan. Pour batter and cook for 2-3 min from each side. Serve hot.
