Jenny Izaguirre's Blackberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 cup fresh Black berries1/4 cup Shallots, sliced into rings1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar3/4 cups Blended Oil2 tsp Salt1 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
In a shaker, add blackberries, shallot, 1 tsp Salt and 1 tsp Black Pepper. Muddle, to bruise and release the flavors of the ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Shake until emulsified, enjoy! **Depending on the sweetness of the blackberries, sugar or honey should be added.**
