Baked Cut Red Potatoes

Ingredients
32 oz Baby Red Potato 1.5 oz Oil (Kirkland Extra Virgin Olive) 3 gram(s) Kirkland Pure Sea Salt Fine Grain (serv size 0.25 tsp/1.5g) (by YSATIS) .5 tsp Pepper, black .50 tsp Paparika (by SXYLADYWTN)
Directions
1. Use a large bowl and add oil, salt, pepper and paparika. Mix well.
2. Wash potatoes and cut into bite size or quarter pieces. Add to bowl and make sure all potatoes are covered with mix.
3. Arrange potatoes in a roasting pan. Bake @ 425 for 25 minutes, turning once or twice during baking.
