Crockpot Vegetable Lentil Soup

Ingredients
4 cup Lentils 3 can (10.5 oz), prepared Beef broth, bouillon, consomme 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 serving 1 med yellow onion (by TODD7623) 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 0.5 cup, diced Celery, raw 3.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 5 clove Garlic
Directions
Rince Lentils, place all in crockpot and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
